Does anyone else suffer from this?
>unable to keep consistent sleep schedule
>fall asleep 30 min later each night
>sleep schedule rotates around entire clock
>have normal bedtime now
>in 5 weeks, I'll be going to bed at 4 pm
I work a night shift, the days i work switch back and forth every other week. Sleeping sucks, i never feel rested.
F.lux didn't help. Buying blue light blocking sunglasses didn't help.
Go be pedantic over at reddit
>use that color scheme thingy to filter out blue light on my computer screen
>get sleepy from reading the dank memes on 4chan
>shut down computer
>accidentaly glance at the BLISTERING BLUE LED on my tower
>awake for 5 days straight
