It was depressing and it made the past GTAs like Vice City and San Andreas look like nostalgic childhood memories.

I thought it was good but it lost some of the whimsical charm Vice City and San Andreas had. I also thought the most cars were just one notch too boatlike on the handling.

The handling of vehicles was fucking atrocious. That is all it takes to pretty much ruin the game seeing as like 70% of the game is driving around. Also the colours were so dull. Compare it to gta 5 where everything is so crisp and vibrant.

Because the game was a buggy, shitty mess. The storyline was great, but like mentioned before, the lack of content as compared to San Andreas and the overall lack of color and variety of the map was atrocious. The fact that I could get from one side of the map to the other in 3 minutes was garbage, and the car handling was trash.
