Not crazy but I've actually been diagnosed with PDD-NOS.

Anyone else? What's the biggest problem having that shit? I haven't been social or had a conversation with normies (besides psychiatrists and social workers) in two years now.

Well I got diagnosed at the asylum by a psychiatrist.
A therapist said the same thing that I had to see for aftercare.

i call my gp and told them i had something wrong with me and they just did a depression test and gave med some meds that do literally nothing.

I got 7, I figured it would be higher because I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder once but I guess I'm good now.

The only question that I felt was remotely close to me was feeling disassociation/spacing out when I am very upset or stressed out.

I put myself in because I was rapid cycling nonstop every few seconds and I was laughing and crying and angry breaking shit and loaded a gun in my mouth and was going to blow my brains out but decided to check myself in the next morning. Walked like 5 miles to the hospital on foot giggling the whole way.

Basically I explained how fucked up my life was and how I do things and what happens when I freak out and my relationship stuff, showed them my scars, and he said I was bipolar with rapid cycling and borderline. I didnt really have time to talk to him about other stuff. They released me before I got to talk to him again.

I got a pamphlet. Sat in a circle with a bunch of anorexic girls and played the drums.

I got put on depakote and it made me extremely violent. Nobody believed me. I weened myself off it and didnt go back.

I used to see a therapist for the last half of this year for another issue but we dont really talk about the mental health stuff. Mostly just me rage dumping.

I don't wanna be a self diagnoser but I'm really concerned that I'm borderline or at least more than just depressed. I've never brought it up to any of my therapists because I've heard stories of people with BPD and other disorders trying to talk about their concerns with doctors and they never get taken seriously until they attempt suicide or see like 5 other doctors. Also I don't even know how to bring it up, I tend to not trust my therapists and wont talk about anything that makes me emotional (which is everything wrong about me). I'm probably not actually borderline but my life has been extremely dark for the past several years and I relate to the symptoms and have also dealt with an eating disorder and react violently to shit when I feel theres a threat even if its not there. Either way I'm fucked and don't think I can ever have a meaningful relationship with anyone
