Whether you like it or not the second X in about 99% of cases is just carrying the Y chromosome data and they live lives with basically no trouble from their condition besides sterility. The other 1% carry the female data and have a lot of trouble developing physically. My self I had surgery due to no testicles, and began female puberty at 10 naturally before also beginning male puberty years later at age 18. I've got wide ass hips, rarely ever been gendered male in my life and have always had soft skin and big round lips. I was also born sterile, but that was obvious from the no testes bit.

There are no such thing as female moments or female characteristics outside of reproduction. Ignoring genitals for just a second, the rest of human experience is entirely overlapping between male and female - from appearance to personality, to emotional responses to stimuli, to potential for knowledge.
