Trips checked. I've been on almost a 3 month lifting break, but my max was 140kg/308lbs on deadlift and 120kg/265lbs on squat after 6 months of lifting. I'm only 5'8 and small so I consider that extremely good.

i've been drinking canadian club whiskey though.
it's not too bad, or too great, but it is really cheap. it's not my go to or anything, just wanted to try it.
got some new crystal glasses for drinking out of. it's a lot nicer than the yogurt cup i was using before. can taste a difference.
i don't think i'm ever going to get a smartphone. i've had this tracphone for like 5 years now. i like the physical buttons and i know if i had one i would abuse it too much.

I've been on weight machines for a few months because I've been scared of lifting in front of everyone and fucking up. I've watched a ton of videos on form for deadlifts and squats. What brand of bourbon is it? I'm using pic related in Old Fashioned cocktails atm, it;'s basically whiskey + herbal orange juice. Pretty damn good.
