Honestly I don't think "slut" or any of the names derogatory terms, first word that comes to mind is more down the line of "repulsive" and "disgusting"

I just shrug it off mostly; she doesn't have my preferred body type but to each their own. Hopefully she has a personality to compensate for it, but the kind of women posting things like that correlate strongly with the kind of women who prefer to blame others for their own issues.

What does sadden me though, is that without actively hunting women down for the sake of aiming for casual dates or quick hook-ups (which I can't do), I as an average 6/10 ottermode build dude don't have any woman show clear interest in my physique or anything past non-romantic non-physical things like friendships (which I'm pretty okay with) let alone give me any compliment on my physique instead of kindness, humour, perceived intelligence, or similar; all the while women looking like pic related will get dozens of people to compliment her physical traits.
OTOH, I don't have to worry about people insulting me for my physique, while she probably gets looks of disgust very often.
It doesn't help with the sense of desirability - or ever-growing lack thereof.
Then again, I've never put full-body pictures online, let alone nude or scantily clothed ones.
