Delsym isDXM polistirex. Basically, the DXM is coated with a chemical that makes it extended release.
Because of this, the actual # of mg in the bottle will not be felt if you chug it all. It will last 12 hours, though.
Take more if you don't feel shit. DXM's strength is measured in MG of the drug to KG of body weight, if you're fat you'll need more.
