You can be tall and fit. But if you are weird and don't have attractive face, then chances are that getting fit in the first place would not help on the social scale. On the bright side, you can defend yourself better and your health would be presumably well.

I used to be DYEL mode before and had a decent social circle and didn't have too much trouble at attracting women. Just that a few years back, I gained around 70 pounds and man did it go in the wrong places.. (face, stomach). Women weren't as attracted to me and they would often ask "what happened to you?" I decided to change that around and start working out again. I'm fitter now but I still have to get rid of this face fat... I'm almost at the ideal body range and women are coming back. Just not as much as before..

If you feel like doing some exercise to keep in decent health, fair enough, just don't go through the process of spending money on an aesthetic.
I do basic exercises like pushups, situps and running, not going over the top unless i'm feeling that rush just so i'm not completely unhealthy. People who just lift things up and down to gain muscle mass aren't doing it for the health more than just to look what's seen as "more attractive", they're doing it wrong reasons and I can't condone that, especially if they think it'll solve everything in their life.

I try do at least 15 miles a day,
I start off with 10 miles at a steady pace listening to my weeb music, then do endurance at high intensity for the last 4 miles, finishing with a burnout at max the last mile.

I try to keep focused with my music and the use the rhythm as encouragement, also thinking about the rest of my day as it helps pass the time.
