Does anyone here take meds for their problems? If so which ones

adderall, ambien, and literally everything that can be prescribed for anxiety and depression, including wellbutrin. it didn't do anything for my anxiety but at least it didn't mess with my dick like the SSRIs did

small doses of effexcor, did me wonders, helped me concentrate, much less depression, but a lot of it has to do with how you think, i'm only taking them to help out, not to do all wonders, I know I need to self help myelf, mentally, I remind myself, i'm ok.

my lexapro helped me a lot for a couple of years, but lately i don't think it does anything

i'm also on trazodone, but when i take it i usually only sleep for 4-5 hours

I will start with lithium in the near future.

Tried other meds, nothing really helped but i have to say that I never took them constantly.

prozac abilify and buspirone for a year

I stopped taking it all 2 weeks ago. the only thing it did was stop me from wanting to kill myself daily. I figure it does more harm than good in the long run and I don't trust it so I stopped.
