every day is suffering. managed to gain 10 lbs though, i was 117 at the same height earlier if you'd believe it. hoping to gain 30 more at least.

I don't think this is healthy..

I used to be 115 pounds. I'm 6'4"...
But, have managed to get to 140 in the course of 5 months. Am eating more and lifting (not very much obviously), but still going somewhere at least.
