Depression can kill erections/sex drive. Antidepressants can as well. Getting an erection is as much of a mental thing as it is physical.

Do you have any psychological trauma? PTSD or some such? I know when I came back from Iraq I was all fucked up when it came to getting or maintain an erection.

Nothing I would consider PTSD worthy. I have gained weight and it's killed my self esteem, and I broke up with my first and only gf of 2 years.
