Time passes. Concept of "time" being infinite does not mean none passes.

Things change, regardless of your acknowledgement it. Whether it is of personal significance or not doesn't mean it hasn't changed.
A rock can be weathered down - it doesn't effect me, but it has been changed. I don't need to be aware of it, a rock cannot be aware of itself, but it can change regardless. People change behavior, whether they are aware of their own change or not does not negate it.
