Just have to look around.
early 2000s there were only a couple of sites that had enough finance to even support hosting it. Very easy to find good shit.

Now everyone can have their own cartoon porn site, so now we have to bookmark literally a hundred sites to keep up to date with good stuff.

Even still though now people can charge money and make a living so people are doing that and makes it even harder to find good stuff.
