I forgot the title of a somewhat unknown movie.

What I remember:
The main character gets fired for stealing his female bosses underwear.
Becaus of that he has no money and has to move in with an old man.
The old man is weird, collects christmas balls and teaches the main character stuff like how to piss in public unnoticed.
The old mans "job" is keeping even older, filthy rich women company.
Despite this the old man has nearly no money.

As the movie goes on the main character gets kinda sucked into the weird world of the old man.
