Can someone sharpen this up so when i open it in MSpaint it doesnt do weird shit? I'd like to be able to change the color evenly.
Maybe bolden the lines slightly?
And remove the arrows?
I dont has Photoshop
this is not how you're supposed to do it. if you want it monochromatic, lines will always look blocky. only gradients make them smooth.

then download and learn GIMP. it's free. and while some things are pretty clunky, it can do most of what PS can do.

we all were at one point :-)
learning image editing can be a bitch, but GIMP has a good community, so you can google most of your questions.
just to give you a jumpstart on your current task: open your image in GIMP. select "Colorize" from the Colors menu in the top and play with the sliders. when satisfied, go to File>"Export as" and save it as a .png (or .jpg, but for these kinds of images png is better).
