Three days after my wisdom teeth were taken out I took a snap

Looks like a skin tag, nothing to worry about in all likelihood. Had the same in a different location after an extraction and it shrank away within a month or two.

Should be fine so long as you keep it clean as normal, my gum took 2 weeks to heal fully and I had no problems other than discomfort.

I agree with other anon, I don't think it's much. It's probably just a little formation from the stitches. I've have some due to reconstructive surgery, the I had a similar pokey thing and it also shrank away. Fucking disolveable stitches amiright!? Annoying as fuck, however convenient.

On another note OP, upon examination of your picture related I recieved a weird boner. So I request moar? Is weird boner.

After some time that just smooths out on it's own. The same thing happened to me when they took my impacted teeth.
It doesn't hurt to use a rinse to help clean out the area where your tooth brush can't reach.
