>first 4 rows of a board's catalog are made up of generals
What are some other indicators of a shitty board?
>lots of answers are 1-2 word replies, often meme-like replies, aka useless empty jokes make up a lot of "discussion" and few actually people give a shit about large parts (if not all) of the board topic
>board freely veers into off-topic discussion at the drop of a hat
>board is unable to admit something in (topic) is good because they're all trying to outdo each other in rank. it's a fucking anon environment; your opinion is not permanent and it is one of the few places you can admit to liking something and not have it damage your rep/e-peen, yet if people still are afraid to like things even here are they even worth bothering with?
>people treating anon culture remotely anything like IRL, including frequently bringing in personal/real-life subjects as trump cards in absence of having actual argumentative power in (board topic)
