>>432921 >/a/ That's where hypocrisy comes into play. How can one even begin to describe the bizarre behavior of those with a hobby that has 3 different pornography boards that were originally made for them, and still wants to post it on one board.
/a/ is much like /v/ in the sense that they want almost everything even remotely related to what they like, to be on one board.
>>432978 > You do know it's not just posted images that make things NSFW
According to the rules of 4chan you're wrong. The link could be to an image of you fucking a goat for all they care as long as the post itself contains no nsfw images and it's related to the board it's allowed.
>>432988 >Go complain about the Reddit boogeyman, or make a really stupid /b/-tier post. Both can snag you a ban with or without images. Well no shit doing either is against the rules. While posting links isn't.
>>432996 When you spoiler an image you're still posting the image silly. And the "the links aren't allowed because if you click they they go to porn!" argument is worthless because without specifically knowing how to visit the site all that shows is a picture of a panda.
>>433000 > Those threads still encourage the discussion of NSFW on a SFW board.
Which isn't against the rules you sheshul guy. It only becomes nsfw when images are posted which they aren't. And even then nsfw images from anime and manga are still allowed when they are part of the anime/manga.
>It doesn't really matter. You're actually right about this because both moot and the mods have said they're allowed on /a/ so you crying about how they're totally nsfw for realsies means nothing.
>>433009 Discussion has plenty of NSFW links that the majority of users can access. Maybe /a/ should show some actual self-control/moderation, and not post links like that there. No problem if the links and discussion of said links are SFW. >totally Way to blow things out of proportion to make your position look so high and mighty.
>>433019 >Way to blow things out of proportion to make your position look so high and mighty. I'm just having fun because i know for a fact i'm right so watching you try is fun. >Discussion has plenty of NSFW links that the majority of users can access. >that the majority of users can access. Go post a exhentai link on /int/ and tell me how many people can see the porn champ. Literally the only way to view the images is to have an account with the site and go through the steps needed to even access the site. There is zero chance of a random jackoff from /qa/ who has never heard of the site before being able to view the links without seeing a panda.
>>433032 Without having prior knowledge of how to access the site it is impossible for them to. So if you're saying that people who have specifically went through the steps to see the links make it not allowed then you're a retard.
NSFW is actually very well defined by years and years of mod action. If you can see a female nipple, genitals of any sort, or an anus it's NSFW. That's it. No other situation counts as NSFW (Although gore and certain other topics have similar enforcement for other reasons) Text is never, ever considered NSFW, no matter how explicitly lewd it is. Links are governed by different rules than normal discussion or images, and those rules do not concern NSFW.
