NSFW is actually very well defined by years and years of mod action.
If you can see a female nipple, genitals of any sort, or an anus it's NSFW. That's it. No other situation counts as NSFW (Although gore and certain other topics have similar enforcement for other reasons)
Text is never, ever considered NSFW, no matter how explicitly lewd it is.
Links are governed by different rules than normal discussion or images, and those rules do not concern NSFW.
