>people having a nice thread
>some faggot starts shitposting really hard
>janitor deletes the entire thread instead of just deleting the shitposts
Happened to me yesterday too. Nothing but civil discussion and then one shitposter ruins it all. Pretty frustrating. 325718016 if anyone wants to look at it.
Protip: the
>faggot starts shitposting really hard
is the jani anonymously creating a pretext to delete a thread he didn't like. also, this is not isolated behavior but an age-old technique passed down the jani & mod grapevine

Just report and sage, niggers.

cool story 8gag
It's funny how opinions are seen as shitposting to some people. You know, if the person you disagree with actually has things to back his side of the argument up, it's not shitposting. You just don't like him. Especially if he's saying something against what that seems completely normal to you.

Having opinions is fine.
Purposefully being an obnoxious autist and submitting low-quality posts isn't.
It isn't hard to distinguish the two.

More like PASSED DOWN THE ARMSTRONG LINE FOR GENERATIONS!

I don't follow the reference. Will I get banned?
>>430921
It's certainly possible. You've got to get informed, and FAST.

I'll ask help from one of our many Redditors. Surely qa will deliver.
Usually in this case the thread was offtopic to begin with and the jammy just overlooked ot because it was civil. They can't really punish people for shitting up threads that don't belong in the first place

I remember this happening to a general, back when they weren't outright banned, on /a/ but it really the mod stirring shit up every other thread. Then he finally came out after weeks of this, admitted to it, and moved the threads to /jp/. I wish he had saved everyone's time and just did that from the start.

/r/anime here. It's a reference to Full Metal Alchemist.
