This image is marginally older than 4chan. It was a cornerstone in its early memery. It took five years before people in the real world found this man, and captured images of him.
That event, the rediscovery, was 8 years ago.
It has now been (at least) 13 years since this image floated into this toilet of the internet.
Thirteen years, and here is my question:
WHERE IS THIS FUCKING SHIRT?
The place, a tourist attraction in Canada. The World's Largest Dinosaur. Located in Drumheller, Canada. They sold these shirts. He was wearing it as a model for the online store. This shirt has to exist in the real world. People come and go to tourist traps year round. That's what they do. Those places sell this junk year round. It is what they do.
Why has this shirt never surfaced on 4chan? Some of the people posting here obviously live in Canada. Some of the people posting here must've visited the giant concrete monstrosity once in their lives.
We can go to Mexico and put our heads in the stone quetzalcoatl, like the original moot did, so long ago. But we can't have this fucking shirt?
pic related is from my old /b/folder. This guy apparently just bought one of the shirts online somewhere ~2007. Also you can google 'cockmongler dinosaur shirt' and find pics of guys wearing them at conventions like https://c1.staticflickr.com/3/2227/2550535516_4833e883f9_b.jpg
My point being: they were commercially available back then somewhere. Just look through google results until you find a place that still has them. You might have to go to page 2 or 3 of the results.
That's Rich Kyanka.
Also, the image is 'shopped. You can see because of how the folds of the fabric are reproduced from the original onto that picture.
And the linked one is a goddamn printed picture, pasted on cardboard and pinned to a shirt. Damn.

Wow, the WLD shirt. I went all "internet detective" on that shirt back in the day, stopping just short of calling the place and asking them about the damn thing. If you find it, please update this thread. I'd love to get one.
Pic somewhat related, it's a picture of the same guy modeling another shirt from their old online store.
A true dead meme is a meme that not only doesn't get posted before, but is also remembered by no one. Cockmongler, Happy Negro, Longcat, Waha etc. are all over the 4chan flash archive and site banners and still remembered as the definitive original memes / mascots of this site.
In that respect, they aren't dead so much as immortalized.
Do you have a specific one you can think of? Or a year? I'm not the guy you're talking to, but I got somethings.
moot would win, even if he'll look like this in 30 years
