Let's make a list of issues with 4chan

4chan's biggest issue is that in all probability the next 1-2 years will see legacy captchas removed and thread creation restricted to pass users, and the strongest alternative we have is a reddit hybrid.

Enable flag clicking on /bant/ so you can do flag collection.

Change to proxy rule on the rules page to explicitly state pass users are allowed to use proxies or VPNs.
It's implicitly known because pass users are able to bypass range bans, but it needs to be made official.

Convert all regular bans on proxies / tor exits to pass bypassable bans.
Seriously, I could write a program to do this in an hour.

It's actually kind of sad that 4chan's autists nowadays are too dumb to write their own bots. The commercial spammers did it that way back in the day, but clearly the 4chan.js people were writing their own material, and there were plenty of other bots, like that Japanese bird bot, "and idiot :)", GNU/Linux, and of course Kimmo. Evidence for any of these statements? The thread spammer on /vp/ might well be using manual solving given that legacy won't work for that. 8ch's captcha is not particularly strong, though (albeit stronger than deliberately weak legacy), so I doubt manual solving is needed there.
