This thread is for landowners only. Prefered over 50 acres.
Let's see who has the best land. Pic related, 72 acres in Pend Orille.
>dont own property European goy the Jewi... Commune representatives will distribute it evenly instead!
By arguing you presuppose self owership and property.
i have some acres in southern europe and it pisses me off how many "unforeseen fees" there are. the price is never the fucking price. it's always 9999999999999999 + 999999999 euros + 999999999 + 9999999 + 999999 + 9 euros per month forever
RENT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE YOU DUMB YOUNG PEOPLE. THE MARKET IS RIGGED. BURRY YOUR CASH DONT TRUST THE BANKS DONT BUY STOCKS
>mfw grandma was the daughter of land owners in Poland
>mfw the documents were lost when she was little and both her parents died
I do, half the time. Nothing like a real fire.
I have many properties but this is one of my favorite
20 acres, I am investing in more land, own a few smaller pieces in the area.
When I grow up I'm most definitely buying land in some rural area and building a chalet. My parents hate the countryside, and I cannot understand why.
>tfw 26 y.o. neet
>tfw I will inherit 7 houses
Feels good to not be a wagecuck
Michigan, land is cheap outside the cities. I am finding land for $500 an acre.
>Fuck off faggot cuckold
Own separate parcels of 19 and 38 acres.
Not too much but I'm only 26
I studied and worked in US of A. Being rich in 3rd world is better than being a middle class in 1st world. Don't know much about Balts though.
Doubt it, %85 of the capital invested in Turkey is foreign. So civil war risk is very few (Israel-USA etc would want to protect their investments) and if Russia attacks then it would hit foreign investments. Unless WW 3 starts I'm pretty secure. If Turkey was not a bitch of USA like Syria or Iran it would be different though
Wanting to save up and buy some nice forested land in New Zealand at some point, preferably south island. Will be ultra comfy. Until then I'm living like a poorfag renting shit places to save as best as possible. Wanna keep loans as low as I can.
I was 16 years old when I first went to Paris. I was stranded from my family after missing a train. It reaked of Urine and I was attacked by an old hobo lady with a shopping cart who screamed at me in fench and threw garbage at me.
Just look around your area and the internet. Make sure you know what the property taxes will be each year.
>Also have unlimited pumping rights from the river.
Never heard of this, any fish in it?
As opposed to renting from them?
What really drives up the price of real estate, is of course, higher demand and lower supply.
And how do you get demand in a country with declining birth rates?
You import the trash of the third world by the millions. The government won't allow them to be homeless. They have to be housed somewhere, even if it's in your neighborhood. Nobody wants to live near third world filth filth so the supply of nigger free neighborhoods go down.
The Jew laughs and laughs at the stupid goyim who kill themselves while making rich the Chosen People who own the apartments and houses.
My land is less than 14 min from where I work and about 22 min from Augusta Nationals. The Masters golf Tournament
>stuck in my 5000k square foot row home ]
help me I want to leave this nightmare
So rich kids who inherit land should be able to vote but political scientists or any other kind of scientist should not be allowed to vote if they don't own land?
Kek you are literally so fucking retarded
I wish I owned at least a tiny bit of land, something on which I can build my own little house and do some gardening.
But land is expensive and I'm poor so I don't know how to make this dream a reality.
Frankfurt am Main
> There is no housing bubble in Germoney
The river I live on is a legally navigable river, people can wade it or float it. I can't even build a boat dock.
I wish Fukushima had not happened i would consider living in the North West. Washington is beautiful and you can grow alot of food but radiation is not something to take for granted
I literally just put in a new dock. Sorry, man. Permits are a bitch. Also, so is milfoil.
Yeah thats my problem, I could be a millionaire if I stayed here for my career, but the city is a cesspool of modernity and degeneracy, taxes fuck you up the asshole, and everything is ridiculously expensive.
I use zillow mainly, or I just google "land for sale in________ area"
The cheap stuff is newer growth forests that were logged around 100 years ago, not pretty, some tall trees and scrub brush.
Yes, fish it, hunt it, fur trap, have fruit trees and garden, also gun range and RC truck course.
I'm in the process of planting tons of Fruit and Nut trees. Most of the land was Loblolly Pine. I've cut all of that off and started with pecan, black walnut (Improved) apple, pear, plum, plumcot. You name I've planted it.
I've got drip irrigation hooked up to most of the trees. This is a SHTF property. I just wished I had more people interested in my area.
I had two guinea hogs out there for a while, but since sold them at market. I've only got $20k left on one of the land and it should be paid off by next year.
I think it makes more sense to say only people who have paid an average of some number of taxes per year can vote. That would solve things pretty quickly and allow high earning renters and retirees to vote.
Nope, I described what you can get here >>61163006
It won't be on a river or lake, and probably a few minutes drive from any cities.
Ah, your river is much bigger. The DNR plants fish in mine. I only see people during the salmon run.
>implying that anyone actually owns land anymore.
>Not knowing that the gov't took that land ages ago and just let's you "rent" it, and will take it away as soon as you fail to pay the dues..
Sorry to burst your little bubble, bur you don't own shit..
I literally pay almost zero taxes because of the homestead tax exemption. Also have grandfathered unlimited pumping rights from the river, with a literal 18" pipe under the highway from our original claim in the 20's.
well it depends if you decide that you want to live on your rural land full time you will most likely be somewhat self sustainable due to the fact of how far you are from society, Living rural really puts things into perspective when you have to produce power, water, food ect.
Now if you want the cheap land it will most likely be really hard to live there due to access to water, climate, growing season ect. but then again you will always find deals if you are persistent, Me and my Fiance are looking for more land to buy right now and you can find awesome deals if you look often on sites even better if you can visit an area usually you will find people willing to sell you land for extremely cheap
>a place like that actually exists
>and people can buy it
Mother of god that's beautiful. Anything resembling that here is owned by some local council.
I love shallow rivers with clean rocky beds, do you drink from it? I would.
2 acres. it might not sound like much but its plenty.
texan tomatoes on a small part i fenced away
>That is all
I don't see the point in owning land unless you're going to use it for more than walking around on and hunting. Building a house and living on it is also kind of weak.
Do any of you landowners lease sections of property or extract raw resources from it? I've looked at purchasing land before but only because it had a large deposit of gravel and was just off of fairly busy highway.
Yep. Generally, you'll spend 10,000+ on a well, if you're lucky enough to find water and 10,000+ on a septic system. And that is just the beginning. I'm not going to even start with the permits for all that crap that cost a good deal of money and take months (or years) to come through.
No real obstacles, just keep up on the yearly property tax, varies by area.
You need a permit to build a house, not hard to get, if you are outside a city you will need to dig a well for ground water, also have a septic tank, those need service every 20 years or so.
Other than that can't think of anything else.
>Do any of you landowners lease sections of property or extract raw resources from it?
In my area local farmers will beg you to take deer during the season, fur trapping rights are normally secured for free also, just ask the owner.
I don't hunt my deer because they eat acorns and pine trees and other stuff, farm deer that eat fruits and veggies taste better.
Yeah, there's a few cases like that in the US.
The good news is that the government actually will leave you alone, they won't risk people's lives for small plots of non-productive land.
The bad news is that the rest of your life is spent on the same few acres, you act as a drag on friends and family who need to arrange your livelihood and conceal your income, and you'll be a propaganda tool for the socialists.
And when you attempt to defend it and they come a second time to ram a swat tank up your ass..
>fur trapping rights are normally secured for free also, just ask the owner.
That would be a great gig. My fathers friend is a taxidermist who started with fur trapping and now makes a pretty good living doing what he does.
Land owners are happy to get rid of beavers, and farmers hate fox and coyote.
I rarely hear of people saying no to trappers. One guy put up a sign at a local grocer and gets calls from that.
leaf footed beetles climb on the tomatoes and use their little needle mouth to pierce the skins and suck out the juice. this leaves blemishes on the tomato, but they are still edible. i suck em up with a shop vac now and then in early morning.
recently i heard of someone on facebook post a wild game camera photo of a black panther near me, in the trinity river bottoms(bout an hour south of dallas)
not many mexicans or nogs around here, just good ole white trash and poor rednecks.
owning property is easy. people act like it is a giant to-do. its not. i can build whatever i want, no one cares. water is ran in pipes down every county road imaginable. even in bum fucked rural ass out here the infrastructure is damn decent.
my sister has 20 acres not far from me, no trees on their land though, so i am going to plant an orchard for her and husband.
These guys are not the guys who want to take your land
Land confiscation would be a UN initiative it is these blue helmet fucks from hundreds of different countries you need to worry about
Itt: overweight greasy americans actually think they own nature
25, don't own anything myself yet but in family:
>Mortgage free 3 bedroom detached house in England (will inherit)
>Cottage in County Kilkenny, Ireland with a few acres of farmland (needs repairs)
>Wooden lodge in Kaunas County, Lithuania. Not sure of the acreage (waifu's)
Where do you learn to do all these things. Like it astounds me. I would have no clue on the first thing on running my own land. Were you raised in rural areas with parents who taught you? There's so much to know it seems impossible to learn it almost.
and dont worry france bro i didnt mean to single you out with the French forces , but watch alex jones movie police state, UN forces have trained to disarm Americans on American soil
>Building a house and living on it is also kind of weak.
Yeah... no it's not you fag.
Building a house and living on your own land, planting your own crops etc is literally on the way to becoming a god tier.
Unfortunately only 15 acres in West Virginia at my cabin. I'll probably buy more, but only to avoid faggots from suburbs coming in and BUILDING A FUCKING SUBURB HOUSE AND CUTTING ALL THE FUCKING TREES DOWN!
>>tfw can shoot guns off my porch naked
I say if you can't take a piss in your back yard, and shoot guns, you need more land.
Just buy it, keep up on taxes, get permits to build stuff, not much to it unless you have a ranch or farm.
Yes, chickens. I forgot.
Here we need a strong fence just so the local dogs don't get in and eat one.
I googled it. There is a lot of good sentiment in it but it don't look like it's made to be done and it say nothing about guns.
check out the future map of america as designated by them
It sets up corridors of land not for human use that basically quarantine all population centres and entirely restrict freedom of movement
I own a house with 3 appartments. I have rented it out to immigration authorities at 4* the aproximate market price for 5 years with an option to extend for 2 more - with 3,5 % rise in rent every year. They can only cancel it by paying me in full. Best thing is they have to fully refurbish it when the contract expires. I will have 4 times what I could excpect and have significantly increased its value. Refugees are great.
I used to have the entire PDF of their actual documents but can't locate it
In this type of society, you identification card will be required to travel anywhere - you will need travel permits as well.
See how the red effectively constricts all humans into certain zones. This is the future of our world....all for the sake of "sustainability" and the environment.
I can totally see liberals being like yeah we humans have no need to go to these places and harm all the animals and plants
i hope you realize that this does not actually show you the contents of Agenda 21 only explains how it was implemented and how it was supported by various governments
cmon now France
New Orleans, and other big cities are entirely in the red zone. This make no sense at all. It's like an autist painted the map.
And have you seen what your politicians are ready to do for some oil? Do you think they will accept the end of all kind of industry?
Yes. It goes through a few farms though, not only mine
Yeah they cannot implement that shit yet because there are armed occupiers aka American people still living there
First they need gun confiscation then they can implement Agenda 21 with no Issues
Obama is shilling everyday for gun confiscation so think about that next time he rubs pepper in his eye to cry for little kids that never existed but somehow died at sandy hook
because our money is about to be worth jack shit going into 2017 all the elite have piles of gold they do not care they will be detached from the crash. Dollar is not bakced by gold and is going to be worthless pretty soon, no need for so many humans any more with all the recent advances in robotic technology
It's like this kind of shit.
It is written: Reduce human population to 500M.
Ask one how they plan to do that and they burble that it would be good if we can all end loving each other and birds and things.
>Someday, daddy will give it to me just like grampa gave it to him
>if the government doesnt turn it into a refugees camp or high way first
You're such a little bitch pussy hole
lol because living BELOW sea level that close to the ocean is a great idea right
Because the people doing this don't care about anything other than complete power. And besides, there will always be new ways to make money man. The future brings a host of opportunities for them
No prosperity breeds cunt who never worked an honest day of their fucking life.
When was the last time you crafted something? Do you even know how a hammer work?
I wouldn't recommend it... Laws are municipal and zoning is weird etc... I'm honestly looking to move to Vermont or something, yay, nay?
mowing the grass for mom and dad on weekend doesnt cunt pussy
Satellite internet can be very fast, but if you play vidya the ping is shitty
>I'm honestly looking to move to Vermont or something, yay, na
Nice place, there are much cheaper places, like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota.
>The future brings a host of opportunities for them
Not with that kind of restrictions.
Want to drill? Fuck off.
Want to open a factory? The resources are on the other side of the corridor, fuck off.
Want to raise taxes? People are busy growing their own food and there is nothing to taxe, fuck off.
Want to sell another trillion dollar weapon to the army? Fuck off, there is no budget, no infrastructure and we can't even make them anyway.
The future may be cyberpunk, but it will never be green. The plans for total control of the populations are already here, they are the massive surveillance and the predicting algorithms. Human population obey mathematical laws. If you understand theses laws, have enough information about your cattle to know how they think and have a way to deliver them information, you control everything.
Remember the Al Qaeda training camps and the WMD of Saddam? THIS is what happen when they want to force you to support a thing.
I bought 300 acres with money I got from my grandma in 2001.
Everybody thought I was a fool for buying Mojave desert land.
Jokes on you niggers, I'm getting offers for my land from solar companies and some LA billionaire has been buying land all around me for some fool-hearted water scheme.
This year is shaping up well so far.
Nignog, I have to go out every day and cut pickup trucks full of logs from the snow because my lodge has no central heat.
Oh yeah, and the pipes to my kitchen sink are frozen. I have to leave the bathroom sinks running all night so I don't lose running water.
I actually was watching a french movie where all the major cities were pristine and super technological. Green tech mixed with cyberpunk. And then everywhere else was shyth
I can see that sort of situation happening. Only people that were a part of the system were allowed in the cities.
Yeah, I currently live in St Paul by the Cathedral. Work in Brooklyn Park. I need a place to run to, picked it up for less than 100k. a lake and stream on the property and 2 sides are nature preserve. The other 2 sides are still Potlach owned.
Yeah, that's my fish, I don't take many pics, I catch so many they all start to look the same.
Fly fishing is considered kin of "gay" here.
You can see my lure in the pic here, it is a Mepps Spinner with a scented curly tail grub
yeah you can but most people will not upright shoot you if you do not pose a threat but do not expect to get teas and crumpets, expect to look down a 12 gauge barrel.
but to answer your question No someone will not snipe you down for walking into their land by accident unless you happen to run into some crazy fuck or mountain people but that is the same everywhere you go rural
If anybody wants you off of their land their will be No Trespassing signs, you will not be shot for trespassing, maybe a $75 fine tho, and getting the shit scared out of you.
I have no idea, if you have family here maybe they can help.
You paint a very romanticized picture of the USA I'm jealous of. How practical is it really to own land where you can live in peace and solidarity? Aren't bureaucrats breathing down your neck?
This is unheard of in Germany. Everything here is cramped, regulated, and expensive. Sometimes I want out.
There are literally old folks around here with rifles and scopes. But you'll have no trouble unless you're very obviously trying to break into property, which many drug addicts and roaming minorities do during the winter months.
I actually feel much better knowing they're watching.
>Tfw my grandparents are in the process of selling off the last of our family's land
>The buyers will be slapping down a few hundred houses on this beautiful countryside
Make it stop.
I agree, I will be trying to buy the adjoining Potlach lot when it comes up for sale next year. Adding another 160-240 acres. It will be not as expensive because it is all bog/marsh for the most part. But space is space.
Cant find it yet but this looks kind of cool
sorry mate out of luck. I'll keep looking but its doubtful i'll track down the title
Yep. They'll spend all that shit on cruise and jewels and a new car then die in two years and leave you 500$ or something.
We live in such harmonious times were family and heritage matter.
>How practical is it really to own land where you can live in peace and solidarity?
I don't hear cars or other people, so that is nice.
>Aren't bureaucrats breathing down your neck?
No, just pay your taxes and nobody will come near you.
>How practical is it really to own land where you can live in peace and solidarity?
It is really easy , you will be so peaceful in the rural US depending on your neighbors
As much as i hate mainstream culture of america, i fucking love this beautiful country and all of the the amazing people who live here and all the diverse individuals it is really amazing Americans are truly blessed with an amazing Country
My land has no restrictions. It's a good and bad thing. The bad is that I see a couple trailers on my way to the land. The good is that I can do whatever I want to it. I have pigs, chickens, bees, rabbits and goats. I've clear cut it and replanted. I run a water pump directly from a creek and irrigate my crops.
The officials just want to know if I made profits on the land, that is all.
Used to rent on a place w/ small amounts of land, it was really nice.
We moved into an highrise in Austin, then now to a suburb.
Kill me. Wife decided a suburb would be best for our family but I feel less safe here out of any of them.
Are my fears justified?
no individual can get the land patent anymore,
all we have are titles which more often than not are a broken chain, a copy of a copy.
failure to surrender yearly tithe to state, county, local governments will result in confiscation.
literally every individual agency/jurisdiction now enforces the universal commercial code including building codes which dictates literally everything mandatory for the warehousing of livestock (people)
There is a territory in Colorado which because it does not have building codes has seen a large influx of people considering non-tradition domiciles, and will adopt the code to get rid of the nuisance.
Your wife is under the impression she will live in the nice suburb of the 80's and 90's. Tell her your kids are going to end up drugs addicts meth whores who hangs out with niggers and spic shooting heroin.
I only own 9 acres, but some of it has been confirmed to be ancient forest - undisturbed since the time before settlement. I forget what it is called, but I could have it registered and federally protected.
7 fenced in acres and house rural no restrictions no real close neighbors. Not a lot of acres but I have the deed and its plenty of work to keep up that and house. Bought it distressed from a realtor friend who bid on it hud auction. Let me pay him no interest over a few years. Busted my ass ever since making it a nice place.
>me inawoods in cuckada, 460 acres, plan B if my country lets in shitskins or if the German Caliphate officially forms before I die.
Inherited it, but my great great uncle picked it up for peanuts, apparently farming in the area had been taking huge hits when he was looking for property.
>how do you make a living sir adam
Just got my doctor license last year. So I'm pretty poor at the moment but my father owns a transportation company so we still can go to the property at least every other year.
Not to rain on your parade but is this even considered "owning land"?
I have multiple friends who are into agriculture and they own and work about 500 acres (crops+little area for horses+little bit of forest).
72 acres is like a backyard...
>tfw I live in the south
>tfw I will inherit over 200 acres of land
>tfw I'm going to keep on buying land once I get settled down and the money starts to flow in
> tfw I'm going to make my family great again
A few questions for the Americans.
1.What state is the best for owning land?
2. If there is no best state, what would you recommend?
3.Do you have to be a United states citizen to own land?
4.How do you get taxed on the land?
He doesn't have to, the government at some point will and you or your descendants wont do a fucking thing.
There's something to be said about people who say "muh land" all the time. They are fucking mouth breathers and chest thumpers who can't get shit done other than saying "muh land".
500 acres, 40 minutes from the closest gas station.
I know, friend. But it's enough for me. I can trek for an hour up the mountain and not hit the edge of my property.
If.only.my grandparents had bought the whole 1340 acres, they could have afforded it :( and one of the best silver mines in the state is on the plot they turned down.
Holy shit I found the brain dead communist hippy fag.
>Woah man.... like... it's everyones land ...bro...
>Are you in the ozarks?
I own land in the Missouri Ozarks
1. Most states in the south or midwest. Stay out of blue states totally.
2. Refer to #1
3. No, the chinks have been buying up real estate in Commifronia for decades now along with the Saudis
4. Taxation is a state/ local level issue mainly. Some southern states have no income or property taxes.
Thanks, I fucking love it out here. I am planning on building a log cabin out here in 5 years. I already have solar and a well for fresh water. Also, on the grid and pay very little in bills.
Some old lady missed a property tax fee $2000 on a house that was worth like at least $250,000. Might have been worth more. Anyway, the government seized her house, over $2000, they seized $250,000.
>So rich kids who inherit land should be able to vote but political scientists or any other kind of scientist should not be allowed to vote if they don't own land?
If there's a class of citizens that should not be allowed to vote is political scientists
