There are no real media restrictons, they are just changing the national media decisives for their own. It happens with most governments and isn't exactly that weird, however the media legislature they pushed can eventually lead to proper restrictions and censure. But it's just a possibility at this point.

About the constitutional court, prosecution and so on, it's just sitting on all the power. That's why they put it all under the ministry of justice control, earlier it wasn't DIRECTLY under it's control but everyone knew it can be influenced anyway. We're kinda low on ethics in that regard.

As is these aren't outright horrifying changes, but they give the government, be it this one or the one that follows, all the tools they need to severely fuck our "democracy" up.
