I have an idea. Send packages with the ribbons and some info sheets out to universities, media, etc. Get some journalists to run a story. They're overworked, and if you present them nearly a ready-made story, most journalists will run it with minimal fact checking. Easy way to spread awareness. Same for universities, with all those bleeding hearts they're prime for love.
