CNN running fake news again and this time the good people in this site can be crucial both to BTFO a little more and to help throwing the "gender pay gap" meme into the bin.
Pic related for an easily spreadable form. Basically it goes like this
1) White House releases the pay of their workers as required by law
2) CNN takes advantage of it to try to push their "gender pay gap" agenda [1]
3) Their conclusion is wrong because they simply average all salaries not controlling for position, pay grade or anything else
4) It is possible to prove that simply by running the same numbers controlling for, for instance, pay grade
Pic related is the conclusion of it. Need help spreading it. CNN BTFO as fake news and, at the same time, gender pay gap being BTFO as fake news as well.

From a design perspective, I believe there is too much dead space. If you could possibly trim away unused space around the sides, between paragraphs, and between the images and the following section titles, it would grab attention easier. As it is, when expanded it requires scrolling and the information density per unit of space is lower than it could be.

Of course they don't, most women are (let's say) assistants making the lower range but even at that range they are paid as much as men in general. Same thing for the ones at the other ranges, in some of them they even have a higher average pay.

She is first and foremost responsible for polling and data analysis (that's her trade). Remember when Trump fired (and didn't pay) the pollster responsible for his campaign because he didn't like the numbers? Kellyanne took over, convinced Trump to stay the course and keep with the bantz (when others were urging him to change tone to a more moderate one) and ended up made head of his campaign along with Bannon.
Anyway, the whole point is to show 1) there is no wage gap at the White House, 2) CNN is fake news and 3) most attempts to prove wage gap are bullshit and misleading with statistics
