A Democrat says what they're gonna do, everyone loves it, and then they don't do it.

The Dems push and expand but if they did that unchecked it'd lead to a Revolution which (((they))) don't want. And The GOP simply can't undo the damage The Dems did for (((them))) in an average election cycle, so they focus less than they should on cuts and reforms and more on other right wing interests which often don't hurt (((them))) anyways. And also, the GOP is easily spooked into war, another way they fall right into what (((they))) want. But I don't want to imply they're completely innocent, some are firmly in (((their))) pockets and the Neocons were a perversion on what the right should be and their are some on The Left who are genuine and haven't a clue whats going on with (((them)))

It's probably all federal arrests within a certain frame of time that fell into a certain category.

There's a big thing going on now with apps like Kik. So if a police agency sets up a Kik sting with an underaged profile and makes 5 arrests from that sting, it is probably added to the total for the larger federal "Operation."

I suspect most cases are like that, or against IPs detected to be sharing or posting illegal images by special bot software.

In other words, I wouldn't put much hope in any of these people being "high-level" in any way.
