To say his death was justified is to say he was acting in a dangerous manner and or posing a legitimate threat to the officer.

This dead nigger was doing neither. His death was 100% accidental. That's not justified.

And yes, i understand WHY the officer did it. I understand he was in fear and that was his reasoning. The fact remains however that the nigger had absolutely zero intention that cause any harm. It's so incredibly obvious from the video that the nigger posed no threat.
