I've been thinking about donating to far-right political groups like the Golden Dawn and the Nordic Resistance Movement, since both of them have decent grounding, but I've always really wanted to start/join something in America. Increased media coverage would be a good start. Identity Evropa places WN flyers all over campuses, it seems like a good way to drum up coverage. A coordinated strike on colleges could generate a national story, and from there more people just might come out of the woodworks. In fact I'd love to contact Damigo to try to expand exposure and organization on IE

Also we need to lean on leaders in the right, even if we don't totally agree with them. Stickman is a great rallying point for the West Coast, people should really be working with him for more organized and disciplined rallies.

Proud Boys are also a possibility, I think this group is ripe for infiltration or at the very least recruitment.

I second what the anon said about Vanguard America. It's very well organized and has a significant presence in Texas. Pic related is from their rally last weekend in Austin.

Identity Evropa is also great, with more of a focus on clean optics and identitarianism. Proud Boys is an okay option if you're a civic nationalist.
