Well as a rule any killing is 'investigated' as a murder. This goes for civil stuff and police action, National police are very empowered here though and can get away with a lot up until it comes before a judge.

In paperwork terms any discharge has to be reported on. And if you kill someone you are automatically under investigation for murder thereafter. Usually gets cleared up fast.

For civvies it's different but again any killing is investigated as a murder so if the circumstance isn't clear a good lawyer will save you a lot of trouble.

All depends though, most police won't do anything about it if known criminals are killed. Lynchings in black communities are pretty common.

Yes and no, we would have run out of parts and fuel for aircraft very quickly and defending airstrips would be hard. I'm sorry, but the way I see it multicultural was, is, and always will be nothing but trouble. This isn't about globalism, multiculturalism was a problem for Austria-hungary from the 19th century, long before globalism. Some would even argue before then but that's when it started to become a huge issue.

Our brains are just too evolutionary wired to be tribalist. We're not meant to feel companionship with others, it just isn't in our genetic make up. Transvaal and Oranje are undefendable, Northern Cape is too remote. Cape had less blacks back then and still has less than other regions, plus it's more defendable and would give sea access. Coloureds would find it hard to side with black in an all-out scenario.
