An online decoder wouldn't help you, what you are supposed to do is isolate repeating characters and match them to commonly used English characters. Such as vowels, or the words "I, the, you" etc and use that to play with it until it fits. I've seen different pigpen ciphers just like Caesar ciphers you shift the characters around or pick at random to fill the slots which is why a base programmed code translation program won't be helpful unless it is programmed for charcter isolation and pattern recognition in English.
