Alright, I had to read these over a few times and this is what I think so far:

1) We need to look into why Kim Dotcoms extradition was not completed. What was the technicality he was saved on, and more importantly, why would finding that technicality lead to Seth Rich?
2) We need to find out what Megaupload's true purpose was, or who would use it for the non-normie purposes (maybe Wikileaks).
3) We have notes here that shows Kim can prove from logs that Seth/Panda was the originator of the Podesta emails and maybe more.

Some issues though

1) The Megaupload raid happened in 2012, but the Rich stuff happened in 2016.
2) He made a hint that the Gov used the seized assets to find that the leaker was Seth (maybe) but if the assets were seized in 2012 how was this possible.

Some things to look in to: What has Kim Dotcom being doing since 2012. Where is Wikileaks infrastructure. Did Seth's Death, or the planning of his assassination (1 month earlier) coincide with any new moves against Kim Dotcom?

I highly doubt they personally hand them off to someone, use Dropbox, or send them as an email attachment.
