What was Irv's position in the campaign?

Last night we discovered there's a good chance Rich was the one who lowered the firewall in th Dec 15 Sanders "hack" of the Clinton campaign. But someone inside the campaign would have to KNOW WHEN it was down, indicating collusion between the two.

Josh Uretsky was fired for it and I haven't been able to find any connection between him and Rich. There were another two UNNAMED people who were also fired.

If Irv is in IT, voter data, or would know how to collect those files AND was fired from the Sanders campaign, we've got ourselves a smoking motherfucking gun that Rich was leaking indpendent of wikileaks and Clinton was likely onto him because someone had to lower the firewall

I don't think this theory holds water, for a few reasons...

The plan would have to be one of two things...

1. People show up to the wrong polling place, can't vote, and then decide not to go to the proper location.

2. Someone sets up a fake polling site where people vote but they aren't counted.


Neither of these would work.

In case 1, when people register to vote they get their voter registration card from the state/county, NOT from the parties. And these cards have the location of their poll printed on them.

Not to mention... if you had thousands of people being turned away from the wrong poll, we would have heard about it. They had reporters everywhere because it was an important election.

Option 2 has even less chance of working. You think that if someone set up a fake polling location no would would figure it out?

What, they're just going to break into a school church or library, set up the machines, put out the signs, and no one is going to notice?

I've worked polls for multiple elections, you have no idea how hard this is.

With the exception of the new touch screen voting machines (which are a license to steal), it is darn near impossible in most elections.

Why?.....

1. This is a picture of an optical scanner voting machines used by many, if not most polls (at least around here, it's all we use).

2. When the voter is finished, they and not the poll worker feeds the ballot into the machine.

3. When the polls close, there is a tabulation routine they run to get the totals.

4. At each polling location, the ballots have the candidate names in different order. So there couldn't be a global routine to, for example, change votes from space 1 to space 2.

5. And here's the important part... there is no opportunity to mess with the numbers. Why? .... because you have poll watchers from the campaigns standing by waiting for a copy of the receipt.

For example, when I worked the polls for my candidate, I was in the room watching the machines from 15 minutes before closing until the end of the process.

Candidates want their results faster than the TV gives them out, so each of us waited until the polls closed, and then asked them to give us a printed copy of the report as soon as the machine was closed out. (as is our right to do). These numbers were then verified with the official results when the county published them.

There is just no real opportunity to under count, over count, stuff or fake on these optical machines in front of witnesses working for competing campaigns.

1. Registering Bernie voters to the wrong polling place means you won't get their vote in the general election, since they will try to vote in the same fake spot.

The problem with that idea is that when a polling place uses optical scanners, there is only one machine.

Attached is a map that shows the type of voting machines used in each county for 2016.

With optical scanner voting, people take a ballot into the booth and fill it out, and then they are fed into a single machine which totals them.

The ballots are taken, sequentially numbered, from a pile. The ballot a person gets is not based on who they are, but when they show up. So, there is no way of knowing which voter is going to get which ballot.

The machines themselves are guarded and locked up, with serial numbers and tamper tags.

It would be impossible to get numbers from a fake machine into the official counts.

You wouldn't even be able to post stuff with the system.

Example 1.... ballots are run, counts are taken, machine is reset, ballots for one candidate refed and others aren't.

In this case, the people at the polls don't have the ability to reset and start a new election. That gets handled by the city/county before the machines are delivered.

Example 2... they run totals in mid-election then stuff the ballots to make up losses. That wouldn't work because you can't run the totals whole the machine is in "election mode" You can only run after it is closed out, and then you can't open it back up again.

The only possible way it theoretically could work would be at individual real polling locations.

At each polling location, they have a list of those registered to vote at that location. As each person comes in, they mark off their name.

So, at the end of the night they have the list with those who didn't vote clearly available to them.

There are a few problems with this though that would make it nearly impossible...

1. They would have to fill out voter check in cards for each of the people, including signatures (which wouldn't match the signatures kept at the city)

2. They would have to do it in front of witnesses, including poll watchers from both parties

3. It would take too long and they have to return their results to the city/county in a timely manner.

1.One location (the real one) supplied by the state.

2.Another, fake location supplied by the Clinton administration, via web page Seth was involved with, leading to him discovering the fraud.

For your plan to work, you would have to have the participation of all of the workers at the legitimate poll (in order to switch the results).

Plus... it's not the physical ballots that matter, it's the counts on the optical reader. You can't switch those under the nose of both republicans and democrats (remember, both parties have primaries at the same location each day, so you'll have monitors from both)
