Biologists and anthropologists both agree that genetic variation between races is small compared to the genetic variations within a race group.
There is a high level of genetic uniformity between the human species despite superficial appearances. This was illustrated by Dawkins in the grasshopper's tale (from the Ancestor's tale book). In it, Dawkins demonstrate that if you take blood and compare protein molecules or sequence DNA, there are less differences between a Norwegian and a Zulu than 2 African Chimpanzees living in the same habitat/region.
Clearly there are superficial differences between race groups (i.e. facial features, athletic ability). However, human races and populations are remarkably similar to each other genetically.
White genetic supremacy is a fallacy and the ability to learn/intelligence is mostly affected by environmental factors.
Improve black children’s environments and you will improve their cognitive skills.

DNA is a complicated thing, you can't just compare "differences", you have to account for how much impact they have on a species.
DNA sequences for human and chimpanzees are nearly identical, despite vast phenotypical differences between the two species, and the key differences in DNA are quite small in fact. It wouldn't take much to turn a modern day human DNA into that of a monkey.
You may have heard of the term 'junk DNA', which refers to all that DNA that's kinda irrelevant because it doesn't play any role. That leaves very little functional DNA, and each difference in it is huge.
People aren't all equal. Not even all whites are equal. There's countless differences that can arise, and if you can admit that among a single human race, there can be deformities and anomalies because of one tiny DNA sequence, then certainly key differences between different human races can exist.
