Hello! I made this revealing flower a few weeks ago, making a bigger one too! Will post updates.
Credit goes to: Valentina Gonchar for making this wonderful model
Probably about 40 units, trying to finish tonight, modular origami showoff thread too if you want.

Is this some kaleidocycle thingie you can twist to show the different faces?
>>532972
the pentagonal flower faces sort of pop inwards or outwards
nice folding and beautiful paper, OP.
>>532981
pictures?
>>532981
Thank you! Actually this paper was very cheap. Was at my local book store for 9 dollars. 400 peices, was a steal in my opinion. Here's an update (popped outward)
>>533003
Yes, a steal if you are a fucking retarded
>>533034
Care to explain? The price wasn't bad imo, I live in a place where we don't have many places to buy paper, and that was better than ordering off Amazon for 17 dollars.
>>533036
Just don't listen to that guy.Prices vary wildly, especially for double-sided prints.
I've found cheap chinese mono-colored paper in a hobby shop nearby, 200 sheets for 0.69€ - now that's a steal.
I bought that paper when my dollar store stopped selling the notepads I liked to use. It was great then, but in comparison to REAL origami paper it's crap.
Hol' up, isn't this just a Yoshimoto cube?
>>533606
I've never seen those before! Do they open up?
>>533790
It depends on how you glue them together
>>533794
Or you go for .pdf related
>>533790
It's messy, but you could open one up and fold another one around it.
That Yoshimoto was one brilliant fella

What's that book?
>>532767
WHAT IS THE BOOK IN OP'S PICTURE?

Used all my detective skills and reverse image-searched pic related

This thread has been so active, I've been so busy, and unable to finish the big project unfortunately
I have that same origami book. I love the designs!
