I see what you were going for with this one, but the composition seems a bit messy. My eyes are drawn toward that irritating tree in the center, which is kind of underwhelming as a focal point. Seems like a cool place though.

Similar thing here. Seems like a cool enough subject, but the lighting feels flat. Composition is fine, but not particularly exciting. I think if this was take a little later in the day with a wider angle it could be quite nice. But what the hell do I know.

Thanks for the feedback. Can you recommend any books or otherwise about composition for landscape photography? I feel like I'm always in nice settings but I struggle with making my photos "interesting".

I can't recommend anything specific but I just googled "guide to landscape photography" and that yielded some decent looking results. I'm sure you could fine a good number of books on Amazon that cover the same thing.
I would also say that just because you're in a "landscape" setting doesn't mean you have to take only landscape photos - don't get so focused on the mountain in front of you that you stop looking for smaller things on and around the mountain that could be photo-worthy in their own right.

What kind of critique are you expecting for photos like that? They're decently exposed and in-focus but they're also boring as fuck shots of plants.
I like the light/dark dynamics of >>3057851, but it's still just a plant.
The plant with the red stems in >>3057850 is distracting if the focus was meant to be on the flowers in front, but again, they're just fucking plants.
Plants are easy to take nice pictures of because they don't move and they look nice to begin with, but if you want people to notice or car about your photos you need to be a little more creative with your subject matter.
