In theory you need a reflector/white sheet on the right side to even the lighting up, and fix your white balance - it's looking suspiciously yellow.
No comment on objects, but pretty sure you could work on the arrangement and maybe shoot square on to the table to minimise the number of random lines in the frame. Get some fabric in there as well for some nice folds/textures.
Also check out some of the Dutch old masters for ideas, those guys really knew their shit.

Not the same anon, but I'll comment on the ISO thing anyway. While it's possible to only change ISO on the x-pro2 using the actual dial, more often I put it on auto and bind the auto-mode switch to the top-deck Fn button. This lets me switch between a 200-800 mode, a 400-3200 mode, and a 1600-12800 mode. All targeting a 1/60s shutter speed. These work well if you think of it as a 200/400/1600 selection in S/A/P modes, and I find that the ranges correspond well to the dicking around with the dial I'd do if I were to set ISO manually.
Not sure how X-T2 owners feel about their ISO dials though. Maybe it's the cat's bollocks.

You're ok, it's the scene you've chosen and the light that's letting you down.
If you really want to polish it then brighten it a bit and crop out some sky, there's literally nothing going on at the top of the frame.
Composition is pretty standard fare, ideally you need to get lower and find some foreground elements that actually lead the eye into the scene.

Image limit and I don't want to start a new thread.
Trying to understand why alot of pictures I take seem to turn out this way; when viewed on the camera's small screen they look fine, but when viewed on my PC the subject looks blurry. Am I not focusing properly or is my f number wrong? I use auto focus

Thank you! Yes I need to pick up a nice macro lens. Although, I do have a 50mm and some extension tubes I could try.
As far as auto WB, I almost always adjust it in lightroom. If this is not a good approach, ill have to change my ways :)
