Thought this was interesting. The bright lamp makes a sharp shadow of the powerline, and because of the fog, creates a thin plane of shadow when your head is in the right position. Camera picked it up quite well.

No, sir, it doesn't me 'uncomfortable' to take photo's of people, but actively searching out characters and then getting in their face and taking a picture doesn't come naturally to me, so i have to push myself.
Also, I don't rightly see how going into a storm drain would help this. And besides i can only go up to ISO 6400, so there wouldn't be much in the way of results.

If you want good criticism or advice you should tell us why you took the pictures. All I can tell you are my impressions.
To me, the first picture is of a band playing with one particularly bored person sitting nearby. They must be a boring band, but it looks like they're having a good time. They must also be playing at a party or something. Overall I'm not very interested in the picture.
The next two pictures are an interesting pair. I can't quite tell what's going on but it's very entertaining. In the first picture it seems the woman on the far right made the shirtless man drop his food (?) in some sort of confrontation, and the second picture tells me that it escalated into a large fight. The before and after thing does it for me.

So no, you haven't ever seen a featureless sky. They happen a lot. And also, if the only detail is "subtle changes in shade" then why the hell would it be important to keep it from blowing? Would that tiny gradation have any effect whatsoever on the image when the sky isn't the subject, at all? Stop being a technician. Photography is supposedly an artistic pursuit. It's not a multiple choice test to be graded with an answer sheet.
