You picked the wrong time of day to shoot that first one. The sun is creating some harsh, nasty lighting on the ground. This is why high noon is generally not a good time for landscape photos. Go back around morning or evening for better light.

This is probalby the best one.
You should read on composition, and the rule of thirds. Placing your subject in the middle of the frame makes the photos somewhat boring.

Also another tip, A lot of your photos seems underexposes, because of the direct sunlight. You should experiment with HDR when shooting outdor photos like these:
