There really aren't going to be any books or guides about it. there isn't much to it. You lose control over a ton of the aspects of photography in most cases, and a lot of it is just common sense regarding knowing the limitations you're dealing with. Stay in good bright light, take photos that don't rely on a ton of detail and range, stay with photos that work with a wide angle lens, and focus heavily on composition and spotting good scenes and stories. There's your book.
