Coffee in the morning, dark and strong. Homebrew in the evening watching the sunset. Gotta limit the number you carry, though. Glass longneck bottles aren't the easiest thing to hike around without breaking or shaking them enough to go off in your pack. That's messy.

More than one homebrew if car camping and have access to a cooler and a campfire.
