In that case, your PC will shit itself regardless of specs. NFS 2015 has a GTA 4-tier PC port that puts Rivals' port to shame, so you need a PC that defines the term "overpriced" to even run it on medium settings. Once you're passed that, drifting is a nightmare to get the hang off. The game as a whole isn't nearly as bad as people say it is, but the handling is. The PC port has steering wheel support, but since I've only played on console, I have no experience and can't tell you if it helps or not.

One last thing. The game has input latency, meaning that when you input a control, it takes about a quarter of a second for it to play out on screen. I know it's not my monitor, because it's only present in the steering controls. Everything else reacts straight away with no lag, but the steering needs to think for a second before it does anything, and that can get a bit annoying in the long run.

All in all, if you want an underground street racing type game, 2015 is painfully okay in that regard. If you really want a racing game like it, I say grab and old 60GB PS3 (assuming you don't already have one). If you can get over the lack of storage space, you can play every single Midnight Club on the same console. PS3s are actually great investments right now because of how much their prices have dropped in 11 years. You can find ones in near-mint condition for less than $100. Just remember to grab the 60GB version because it, it has a PS2 chip and PS1 emulator built in so you play three console's worth of games on it.

I do, plan to, and will continue to run my games at 60fps 1440p / 2160p; mostly because I can't find a glass screened monitor to replace my 1440p display (4k display is a TV). I doubt you could even get AC / PC2 up to 144Hz at 1440p / 2160p without turning the settings down.

I can get AC to about 160fps average with ultra settings at 1440p, but only ~90fps at 2160p. I don't have PC2 to test.
