How could I change the gearing on my CX650? I'd like to get a higher top speed, something like 150 if possible.

You are going to need to custom fabricate the proper gears on the wheel hub, drive shaft, and output shaft of the tranmission. You will need a machine shop and be able to make numerous molds and custom fit and test everything many MANY times over. Your goals aren't feasible.

Sell the CX, get a 600cc supersport.

Maybe you'll be the first to get a CX650 up to 150, but you're going to need power, custom gearing, and lots of aero. At the end of the day, you will still have a CX650. If you really want to do it, you're going to have blaze your own trail, but please understand that this won't be easy and will likely end in broken bike or a stalled out project.

You guys probably didn't see what I said before, but I'd be happy with 120 or 130 too, I'm also planning a fireblade front end replacement and weight reduction for a cafe style bike.
