If I were to buy a Nissan Skyline-GTR, what kind of upgrades/modifications do you think I should do to it?
Why the fuck would you buy a skyline gtr if you want to put a body kit on a car.
Coilovers, Exhaust, intake, larger fmic, injectors, fuel pumps, convert to a big single turbo, dyno tune.. Probably make 500-600hp
>OEM rebuild with HKS or Tomei forged rods and pistons
>tomei or nitto oil pump
>hks gt-ss turbos
>stock intake/exhaust manifolds
>some sexy hard piping
>nismo front mount
>nismo fuel pump
>all the usual rb26 oil control mods
>leave the factory bypass valves because they sound the best
>coilovers lowered a tiny bit
>18" te37's or CE28n's
>tomei titanium exhaust
>mines titanium front pipe
>tomei turbo outlets
Assuming I was made of money, of course. Should be good for 400-500 unstressed HP and have a nice big powerband for the street.
I'm a Nismo fanboy ever since I bought my nismo shiftknob and everyone was envious. In practice I'd just get a bosch pump and some deatchworks injectors, and probably leave the stock intercooler on but polish it up nicely
Needs a massively overpriced t62r setup to go ith it imo
I would mod myself to learn how to drive better
Then I would do nothing because the car's already set up perfectly from the factory and having seen how modified ones perform at trackdays, the mods would only make it slower
>the car's already set up perfectly from the factory
>80 degrees of body roll is perfect
>Then I would do nothing because the car's already set up perfectly from the factory and having seen how modified ones perform at trackdays, the mods would only make it slower
the mines r34 is a sweet package, but nothing overly special. It has 32 diffs in it which is why it revs up so fast, and 2530 turbos i think, which are pretty responsive as it is. most people seem unaware of the diff swap. It's geared more like an STI or Evo
The veilside kit for the r34 makes it possibly one of the greatest looking cars of all time
stock R34 making 325 at the wheels. Considering two wheel drive powertrain loss is an average of about 15%, we can assume 4WD is double that, because it has double the moving parts, making it 30%.
So 325 is only 70% of its power, meaning the crank power is 1/0.7 times more, which is 464.
>The R34 GT-R Actually made 464 HP
It's not making 325hp at the wheels unless it's a Nur, stock R34 GTR run around 230kw at the flywheel which would mean around 170-180awkw if you use 25% like you're not a retard.
>500ci Cadillac V8 + 871 blower
>built power glide
>remove 4wd gear
>install built 9inc on leaf springs with tramp rods
Proceed to burn fuel, rubber and break shit for reasons of reasons.
one time the nismo catalogue up and down.
Thats fucking disgusting
Get Top Secret/ABFlug parts you nigger plebs
