Somehow, Dodge managed to create a decent-handling car when they made the Neon. I don't know how, but they did. The SRT-4 is the performance version putting down a lot of power and also has tweaked suspension.

Prelude, depending on year, weights from 2800-3000lbs. Not really lighter just way less powerful.

Preludes have one of the smallest aftermarkets for Hondas. I owned a BB1, trust me on this.
