You like, the 86 and not just because of a cartoon, right /o/?
Around a track yes not in a straight line
>pic related, world fastest (volume) production car around a track
I didnt, the ceo of nissan-renault did
>Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn says this is the fastest Nissan GT-R ever. "With this lap time, we can authoritatively say that the Nissan GT-R holds the volume production car lap record at the Nordschleife, which is the gold standard of high performance achievement."
There isn't really a car /o/ doesn't hate
/o/ and people on the internet are biased towards brands and what country of origin the car comes from.
Caddy will always be shit to Bimmer fans no matter how good they get or even if it out-M3's BMW because its not a BMW.
Lexus will be shit to Mercedes fans even if they make a better more reliable just as luxury land-barge than Mercedes.
euro-car fans and japanese car fans will almost always hate on american anything because its not from those countries and its vice versa.
Well Corvette finishes the race quicker than the GTR... Even if it doesn't complete it.
Carlos literally saved Nissan. If he wasnt around Nissan would be long dead.
?? Hes still CEO
GM pushrod v8s are just a mistake period
Forced induction they constantly overheat and throw rods
NA they constantly drop valves and spin bearings. Its a lose-lose situation
Seems to have worked out for the C6 ZR1
actually snek is niec.
>tfw you'd take a 1st gen gts over any nsx
real american superhero
>And boy do you know nothing about the LS7
you obviously dont know about the class action lawsuit currently going on against gm over the ls7s horrible reliability
I have yet to see any hate other than lolcantturn
Do you think these were a mistake?
>They weren't exactly reliable.
>They weren't very economical.
>Their fans will fight you on the side of the street if you suggest a better piston engine.
does anyone here hate the snek?
always see it being praised
>push-rod V8s also being successful in endurance racing
>push-rod V8s still exist
>rotaries got discontinued until further notice
Not sure if you're the same guy here.
>If you aren't disregard this reply.
Even though /o/ hates Hyundai for not a single good reason when you talk about their modern cars
>hurr durr muh interior plastic quality not stretching for things wrong at all hurr
/o/ collectively loves the Tiburon.
Also the last generation. The second one and the third one has been memed to oblivion.
We can agree that the third gen is the ugly child of the family.
At least the fourth gen has 6 cylinders and a nice body.
Probably the fastest accelerating Italian car. 0-60 in 2.3 seconds on gravel, and it's twincharged
You think this ugly motherfucker is better than >>14207225 or >>14207187
He's mostly right though
Nice little econo-racer/sports compact, offered AWD and a good engine for cheap but not the best-handling or nicest interior in its segment
Best looking but not really an improvement over the 1st gen, memes exist for a reason also
Now slow and ugly
Actually better than 3rd but still front wheel drive only so LEL
only ferrari and corvette fangirls, but those are subhumans and therefore irrelevant
>GM pushrod v8s are just a mistake period
>Forced induction they constantly overheat and throw rods
>NA they constantly drop valves and spin bearings. Its a lose-lose situation
I've never had any experience with small blocks general, my 1.5 honda is more reliable!
nigga anything can heatsoak on a hot day, even N/A engines. Heatsoak only becomes a problem in the 2.3 blower when you start adding power, the intercooler bricks can't keep up on a track day, add a triple bypass heat exchanger and it'll run all day long.
>my 1.5 honda is more reliable!
faster aswell KEK!
Not the guy you replied to but i didn't know what the hell that was until now but wow its fucking beautiful..
>didnt know about the panamera
>posts the shittiest possible example ever
/v/ pls go
It was beautiful. First one I'd seen in person
There is an old guy in my hometown that had one. It was rotten and sitting in his unkept front lawn for years. My dad and I went by several times, but he never wanted to sell it. Six years later (last summer) I drove by while visiting some family and the car is still in the same spot. Now covered in rusted lawn chairs. He still won't sell it.
>he says this while GM is literally getting sued over unreliable pushrod v8s
You speak truth! Some of these guys are just hondafags. Plain and simply. They swapped the motor in their civic three times but think a camaro from the 80's needing a new battery is a testament to "honda reliability".
19 owners....that's your reason to say that millions of gm v8's all suck?
TOYOTA to pay 1.2 BILLION DOLLARS because they tried to hide the fact that their cars were KILLING PEOPLE.
This just goes to show that you weebs are just japan faggots. I swear you guys don't know anything about cars.
That's funny because the debate here was GM's "crappy" v8's. Notice how every "reliability" line up automatically eliminates trucks and SUV's. What do American manufacturers make a lot of? Trucks and SUV's.
Also toyota and honda have their random failures as well. The difference is that GM has to abide by these things called LABOR LAWS in the US. Not only that they have to pay retirements and healthcare. This is all very different in japan where toyota has had a suit filed against them for literally "working a man to death".
>ever listening to anything the oaf says
>daring to leave the Church of the Great and Rambling May
With that path of trajectory, the BMW emblem will overshoot the garbage bin, and therefore not end up in the trash, which is rightfully so. The logo repels any form of trashness.
It would be more like this. I've highlighted the path in blue for you. If anything, it would bounce off the lip of the bin and not end up in the trash.
>Implying the C2 isn't one of America's greatest contributions to the automotive world.
Well, that would make more sense if the gentleman in the suit were throwing the emblem in the trash.
But I repeat, the BMW emblem doesn't belong in the trash so the image is a logical fallacy.
Does this bother you too, even though it's just a picture on a screen? Fuck off retard.
>But I'm pretty sure most of /o/ hates it.
Yep and you too.
All the speed in the world won't change the fact that her older sisters are prettier than her.
Overpriced pretend supercar for weebs.
Overrated slow as shit economy car
Outdated relic from a nation that demonstrably can't into engineering.
>muh German overengineering
Commuter shitbox with a smiley face drawn on the front
Slow as shit hipster trash
Might as well just be playing forza
Will kill you the moment you try to push it unless you're a professional track driver and, since you're here, you aren't. Also, lolFCA
Unrefined plastic shitheap for rednecks and drug dealers
Slow overpriced shitbox for luddites obsessing over "muh feeeeeeeelz"
A fwd Shitsubishi? You must be joking.
WRC is far faster than Group B, and doesn't kill spectators. Drop the nostalgia goggles, gramps
>I couldn't afford a Ferrari, but I still wanted to pay far too much for something relatively slow and highly unreliable
Lolcantturn boomer shit
Literally just a trim package lmao
Archaic underpowered weeaboo nostalgia
Pathetically slow commuter shitbox with FCA reliability and worse reviews than the fucking Corsa. Literally the kind of car Eastern European poorfags look down on. Are you even trying?
Gay. And also slow as shit. But mainly just gay.
Slow, uncomfortable shitbox.
Underpowered poorfag "racecar". Also, lolshitsubishi
Boring commuter/10. Also, lolshitsubishi
Overpriced weebshit that isn't nearly as fast as its reputation makes out. Also,
>I learned about cars from Gran Turismo 4
Fwd commuter shitbox
Unreliable fwd commuter shitbox pretending to be something it isn't
time to drop some factual knowledge based on history, heritage and continuing domination today.
4. Mercedes Benz
>refusing to see numbers bc muh jap hate
>implying German cars don't drive smoothly and have good handling
>implying drug dealers buy American cars.
The redneck thing I'll give you though. The exterior of the zr1 isn't bad, the interior is.
Also if you die or crash on the track with a snek you're the shittiest driver I've ever seen
>hating on the c6 zr1
It's more fun to drive than anything you've ever owned and is a respectable track car. The only thing that wasn't done well on it was the interior and if you actually care that much about interiors you're gay.
/o/ hates all cars
/o/ is just one big collective of automotive hipsters
they cant seem to understand that a car doesnt have to fit their mold to still be good
they agree on some cars being good but there are always a good amount who will still hate it for whatever throwaway reason (>>14211744)
there is no pleasing these people, unless you literally walk
same story, different cover
