A new luxury car, you mean? Seems rather an odd choice to take a luxury car and deliberately remove the luxury that is one of its selling points. Why not buy something without any of that, which is probably a better platform for modification anyway, for less money?

Obviously e36s and is300s and shit make fine, cost-effective platforms for tuning, but I assume you aren't talking about stuff like that.
