I always ride without sunblock, I know it's bad but I just never remember / can't be arsed. I'm not too pale though, so I never really get nasty sunburns, just some tan lines. No weird moles either.

Might be good to be paranoid. Some moles are just normal, but new moles you didn't have before, or changes in existing moles, should be cause for concern. And this stuff is easier to deal with the sooner it's caught. My dad survived melanoma, went to the doctors after a mole had gotten bigger. Doc said if he waited 6 more weeks, he probably would have died.

I've gotten plenty. You only need to worry if they're raised, changed shape over time, irregular in shape (not circular/roundish, the one in OP is fine), or bumpy.
