Part of the Death N' Roll style is to have really loud, yelling hyped growl vocals like that. I like it because it's like the type of vocals you get on really intense thrash, they're not in cookie monster territory they're just in your face and angry.

I'm enjoying it so far. The guitars are fucking pounding and the percussion is great too, but if I'm honest, the vocals are a bit of a turn off. The lyrics aren't a problem, they match the sound well, but I've always found metal vocals a little it... off. Not really the album's fault, but it's good shit so far nonetheless. Storm of the Antichrist has been my favourite so far.

well this wasn't as bad as i thought i would be, im actually kind of digging the drums and melodies, as well as the instumentation as a whole
my biggest problem i have with this is song structure and vocals, although the vocals are more of a personal thing i guess

well changing song structures in itself arent my biggest complaint, more the wonky and abrupt transitions were what threw me off
if you want a really overexaggerated example of that listen to world's end girlfriend - Radioactive Spell Wave, i hate that track

Well, I've finished with it. Overall it was an alright listen, but over time it just got a little bit boring... I think it picked up with the last few tracks but it really fell into a noticeable slump after The Light That Burns the Sun for me. I thought the outro to The Serpent's Chalice was great but that was all I could remember during the parts I began to get bored of. But as I said, pretty good listen. The first five tracks are super aggressive, but that aggression just begins to feel less bold as the album progresses.
Oh, and the vocals were still my biggest problem. Hopefully I'll eventually grow into them but for now I really can't appreciate them
