How could there possibly be filler on Illinois? Filler implies it was shoved in to fill time. The album's well over an hour, and if Suffy didn't think something was worth being on it he wouldn't have bothered with it.

PERFECT ALBUM

yeah this album is actually fucking god tier
sufjan's arranging skills are unmatched

i basically got it the first time, there were a few songs that i didn't immediately realize just how much i liked them
