Post your favorite album, others try to guess what your favorite song off it is
Cenotaph and Paper Hats are the best songs off that album.
Further Adventures Of The Time Being
I agree with everyone else, Cenotaph is easily the best song
Welcome has always been my favorite song
is this post avant jazz core? It's named after a Rasha Roland Kirk album it looks like
what's this like? I listened to the Maria Dimension years ago and thought it was kind of like the Flaming Lips but didn't like it enough to listen to them more.
pic related and Television - Marquee Moon are tied
all seats were occupied
i know you already said it was cenotaph but paper hats would be my go-to guess for deceit
Sleep is mine, it's my going to sleep song
if i shove a big syringe into my bladder at lower stomach level on my abdomen could i suck up all the piss and never piss again
666 was the one I was pushing it a bit with and maybe you just don't notice Deceit.
>what is lazy about them? because they're popular on /mu/?
Yes, it can also seem like they don't know a lot of music outside of /mu/ buzz.
This isn't a new concept.
>that's a dumb thing to complain about
So you just want to talk about the same 10 albums forever?
I didn't say they were bad albums.
I don't disagree, there is just more music out there.
Ex Lion Tamer or Mannequin
The Stars are Projectors
After the Flood, well, atleast that's my favorite
Fun fact about Infinity: It's a carefully edited cut of a near forty minute track of Papas masturbating while repeating those three lines over and over.
I wonder if the full thing will ever surface.
Because it's boring seeing the same albums over and over again. And when people say
>if we post more obscure albums, nobody would participate
it makes it sounds like they're scared to try somethnig that's outside of the general consensus
This thread is dumb, there's not enough context to judge character
If you said "Post your two favorite albums, and others try to guess your favorite off of each" or "Post your favorite album and your least favorite album, and others try to guess your favorite track off of your favorite or your least favorite off your least favorite" there would have been enough context for a more interesting thread instead of a crapshoot
I rate this thread 3/10
Visions From The Dark Side or Immortal Rites
A Silent Way
>there's not enough context to judge character
That's true, but it's fun anyway.
That might work with a favorite album, but I definitely haven't but enough thought into what my least favorite album is for that to work either. I don't know who has.
Chapel of Ghouls
Sawdust & Diamonds
>Visions From The Dark Side
We have a winner! Has the more riffs than any other song on the album, has a good variety of riffs, has great transitions (that first major one where the tempo gets slower and the guitar fading effect thing happens damn,) the final new riff that gets introduced. Tasteful drumming from Pete as usual doing midtempo and fast stuff.
Cenotaph is objectively best song, good taste
